South Jersey Reporter got a trip to the Famous Fourth Street Deli as part of a Christmas gift from Mrs. South Jersey Reporter. I heard that was part of the gift and shortly after the holiday it seems the gift was redeemed.
I did not get any descriptions with these photos but I think they pretty much tell the story.

That double sandwich is really one meal. 1/2 Pastrami and 1/2 Corned Beef on a split potato Knish. You really can’t do better than that when you want the full deli experience.
The stacked double also has two meats but is on traditional rye bread.
Be prepared to take food home if you go to the Famous 4th St Deli in Philadelphia. It’s on 4th st @ Bainbridge, about 2 blocks off of South Street.
The Double sandwich is called West 39th St, I think.
the other sandwich is the “Franklin”. There are no bad meals there. And the deserts are humongous.
