Yesterday was a snow day. It was a blizzard for real…and we were lucky enough to be able to stay home and not risk our lives on the roads.
I went out in the early afternoon to shovel the snow the first half of the snow. I knew it was going to start snowing worse shortly and I didn’t want to have to shovel all 16 inches at the same time. This is me almost finished shoveling about 6-7inches. The lady across the street had the same idea and had some man coming out every hour to shovel for her.
In case you can’t see the grimace – this is right before I yelled at Hubby “Hurry Up! It’s freakin’ freezin’!”
I moved the cars to the end of the driveway so I wouldn’t have to shovel so much in the morning. Of course the plows had come by so there was a nice 4 foot tall wall of snow behind the cars. I shoveled us out of that this morning and I am crossing my fingers that the plows don’t get over zealous and push it back in front of my driveway when I am not home today.
Hrrmmuppppfff.
you sure look bundled!
so you are part of the group of people who think that lifting your wipers is a good idea…hmmm
I was bundled. I had two pairs of paints, three shirts and a sweatshirt. Also a scarf, gloves and a hat!
Wipers up because I kept hitting them with the scraper thinger.
